Automotive Body and/or Paint Technician Integrity Collision is a consistently busy collision repair shop in Wadsworth and we are looking to expand our team. This opening is for someone who is moderately experienced or has an interest in developing additional skills. This person will represent our family owned business, so a positive attitude is a MUST! The shop has a friendly, approachable, customer oriented atmosphere with a reputation of distinction. Follow instruction precisely to perform top quality repairs

Receptive to guidance and always willing to learn

Effectively communicate needs and status updates to management

Interact with colleagues and vendors in a hospitable and professional manner

Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation

Must own and maintain your own tools and equipment

Must have production experience

Applicant must be willing to continuously improve upon necessary skills:

Thoroughly examine vehicle damage

Assist with identifying necessary parts and materials

Prepare and repair vehicle per estimate according to manufacturer standards

Return the vehicle to factory specification

Make cosmetic repairs

File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools

Remove and replace damaged parts

Straighten damaged vehicle frames using frame rack and measuring system

Weld a variety of media

Match, mix, and tint paint colors following manufacturer guidelines

Perform tasks with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
